The University of Oregon has once again been ranked as one of the best national universities in America by U.S. News & World Report in its most recent edition of America's Best Colleges.
Each year, the magazine gathers data on academic quality from more than 1,400 colleges across the country. The University of Oregon (ADMISSIONS) continues to be ranked in the top tier among national universities in the U.S., in the 2009 report.
The U.S. News ranking comes on the heels of the University of Oregon being placed on The Princeton Review’s Green Rating Honor Roll for the UO’s commitment to sustainability and environmental issues. The UO was one of 11 colleges nationwide to receive the The Princeton Review’s highest score for environmentally-related policies, practices and academic offerings.
