University of Oregon Libraries annual book sale set for Jan. 29- 30
Thousands of low-priced used books await new owners.
EUGENE, Ore. -- (Jan. 16, 2008) -- The University of Oregon Libraries will hold its annual book sale from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 29, and Wednesday, Jan. 30, in the Browsing Room at the Knight Library, 1501 Kincaid St.
Thousands of used books will be offered for sale, along with a small selection of sheet music, LPs and CDs. Hardback books will be sold for $2, paperbacks for fifty cents and CDs and vinyl records for fifty cents, unless otherwise marked. Proceeds from the sale will help pay for new acquisitions.
