Eugene 08: Save these dates

During the 10-day U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials, only three days of competition will coincide with classes and work at the University of Oregon. Below, find a list of dates to save. Even if you don't have a ticket, you're more than welcome to attend the free Eugene 08 Festival.

Note that there will be no competition on Tuesday, July 1, and Wednesday, July 2, but the Eugene 08 Festival will be open.

Below, find dates about closures of parking lots. For a complete description of where you can park during the trials, click here.

Thursday, June 26: Select UO parking lots and street parking close for the Trials, areas affected are the lots at Bean, Agate north, Law School north and south, the EMU, and McArthur Court. In addition, you will be unable to park along University Street, Onyx Street, 15th Avenue and the turnaround in front of Gerlinger Hall. (See map for available parking.)

Friday, June 27: The fan-friendly festival runs from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. with competition running from noon to 10 p.m.

Saturday, June 28: Festival, 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Meet, noon to 6 p.m.

Sunday, June 29: Festival, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Meet, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday, June 30: Festival, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Meet, 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Tuesday, July 1: Festival, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. NO MEET

Wednesday, July 2: Festival, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. NO MEET

Thursday, July 3: Festival 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Meet, 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday, July 4: Festival, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Meet, 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday, July 5: Festival, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Meet 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Sunday, July 6: Festival, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Meet, 2:15 p.m. to 10 p.m.

TUESDAY, JULY 8: UO PARKING REOPENS

THURSDAY, JULY 10: AGATE STREET REOPENS
